1) You do not need an appointment to see a counselor. The Newark office is open Monday-Friday from 9am - 2pm. All other offices require an appointment.

2) The basics include checking the availability of the name and then registering it with the County Clerk. You must also register with NJ Division of Revenue and the IRS. You will need an Employer Identification Number. Give us a call or come in to discuss the various forms, fees,and location telephone numbers and addresses.

3) SBA does not issue loans, it guarantees them. An SBA loan comes from your bank. Under certain circumstances the SBA will guarantee a portion of the loan. Come in and talk to us about the various funds that are available and the necessary steps to take in your particular case.

5) Only you can write your busines plan. We can meet with you to discuss business plans and how to write them. We can then review, advice and critique your business plan.
